With more than 10 years of experience in healthcare administration, she manages scheduling, verifies insurance, and handles logistics with meticulous attention to detail. Crucially, Maria is bilingual, fluent in Spanish, which allows AMP to provide clear, comfortable communication and access to Expert Care for our diverse community.

As a vital partner to our clinical team, Maria is the engine of collaboration, working closely with our PTs, OTs, and PTAs to coordinate complex treatment schedules and ensure a transparent patient journey. In her free time, Maria enjoys spending time with family and pursuing arts and crafts, reflecting the warmth and detailed care she brings to the clinic environment every day.

Deb Lesky has been a valued member of the AMP team since 2017, serving as a part-time Front Office Receptionist dedicated to making every patient’s first interaction—whether by phone or in person—pleasant and worry-free. Her warm, supportive approach ensures patients feel cared for from their first visit to their last, fostering trust and comfort throughout their treatment journey.



A retired nurse and elementary school teacher, Deb brings more than 30 years of Compassionate Expertise to her role. With 17 years in nursing and 15 in education, she handles scheduling, insurance, and logistics with ease and empathy, ensuring each patient’s experience is seamless and stress-free.

Deb is a cornerstone of AMP’s spirit of Collaboration, working closely with clinicians to coordinate care and accommodate patients’ busy schedules. Her kindness and professionalism help create the welcoming atmosphere AMP is known for—patients often describe the front office team as “sweet and helpful,” setting the tone for a positive, healing experience from the moment they arrive.
